Delete your Rupiq account

You can delete your Rupiq account and all of its data at any time, from the Android or iPhone app or on the website. Rupiq is run by Rupiq Studios Ltd.

In the app or on the website

1. Sign in to Rupiq.
2. Open Account (top of the home screen), or go straight to rupiq.ai/account.
3. Under Delete your account, type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

By email

If you can't sign in, email support@rupiq.ai from the address on your account. We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, sign-in details and profile.
• Your CVs, job descriptions, interviews, answers, scores, reports and saved interviews.

This happens straight away and can't be undone. Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days.

What is kept

• Records of payments, for six years, because UK tax law requires it.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account cancels a subscription bought on the website. A subscription bought in the app must be cancelled in Google Play (Play Store → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, because only Google and Apple can stop those payments.
